The Digital Technology Special Cohort (DTA—Digital Transformation with Africa Cohort 1) is a fully residential program designed for young leaders committed to shaping Africa’s digital future. Participants will collaborate with visionary peers, sharpen their leadership skills, and spearhead transformative initiatives that drive inclusive growth and development through digital technologies.

Requirements
The DTA is looking for dynamic Young African Leaders (ages 18-35) who meet the following criteria:
- Active in the Digital Ecosystem
Contributing to Africa’s digital transformation through innovative projects or initiatives. - Proven Leadership in Digital Skills Development
Experience leading or contributing to impactful projects that build digital capacity and enhance human capital development in their communities. - Passionate About Change
Driven to create lasting change and inclusive growth through the power of digital technologies.
