The Inclusive Action Awards – Global, launched by the Inclusive Action Hub, a Value for Women initiative, celebrate and recognize small and medium enterprises (SMEs) working to create more and better opportunities for women in emerging economies—as entrepreneurs, employees, and consumers.
The program is brought to you by the Inclusive Action Hub, led by Value for Women and supported by Visa Foundation.
Requirements
- Eligibility Criteria
- 1. Company Size and Growth:
– Be a medium-to-high-growth organisation (for-profit or non-profit) with fewer than 250 employees.
– Operate at any stage of business development, from start-up to maturity.
– Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating social impact. - 2. Legal Standing:
– Be formally registered, legally recognised, and in good standing with relevant authorities in your country of operation. - 3. Track Record:
– Show evidence of gender-inclusive practices in your organisation’s policies, activities, and operations. - 4. Business Integrity:
– Maintain a proven record of integrity and ethical business practices.

2. Create an Account and Get Started
Sign up or log in to create your account. This will allow you to start your application, save your progress, and return to complete it over multiple sessions.
3. Prepare and Preview
Familiarize yourself with all the information and requirements outlined on this application page before you begin.
4. Complete the Application Form
Submit your application online through this awards portal. The form is available from January 29 to April 10, 2025 and includes multiple-choice and short-answer questions. The entire application should take approximately one hour to complete. You can work on your application on multiple sittings, as your progress saves automatically. Your application can be saved and worked on in multiple sessions.
5. Preview the Application
Review all information carefully before submitting.
6. Submit the Deadline
Ensure that you submit your complete application by April 10 2025 to be considered
