Application:
There are three ways to participate in this event. You can join as; (1) project presenter, as (2) interested participant or as (3) journalist. As ‘project presenter’ there is a solid preparation expected from you before you join the event. As ‘interested participant’ there is expected of you to evaluate the presented projects during the event, whereas the ‘journalists’ are expected to report the event.
Each role comes with its benefits and its obligations, please take these carefully into consideration before assigning to any of them. Please bear in mind, that you can only apply to one role. Here you can find the different application forms:
PROJECT PRESENTER
As project presenter you can expect to:
- Have a chance to win a substantial grant to realize your project.
- Work on your project proposal in the supervision of an expert (in setting up business initiatives) before the event.
- Get a platform to present your ideas. Have a unique opportunity to network with 150 like- minded people.
- Have a valuable working and learning experience in the amazing city of Jakarta.
- The program, food, and accommodation are covered by Youth Time. Please take into consideration that travel expenses are at your own expense.
As project presenter you are expected to:
- After invitation pay an entrance fee of € 50,- .
- Only after payment, we will take your project into consideration.
- Hand in the project proposals before the by Youth Time set deadlines.
- Present project in front of all participants, experts and journalists at the event.
- To gather 30% of the total needed budget yourself.
INTERESTED PARTICIPANT
As interested participant you can expect to:
- Be inspired by all ambitious ideas and all knowledge that will be shared by our honorable guests.
- Have a unique opportunity to network with 150 like- minded people.
- Have a valuable working and learning experience in the amazing city of Jakarta.
- The program, food, and accommodation are covered by Youth Time. Please take into consideration that travel expenses are at your own expense.
As interested participant you are expected to:
- After invitation pay an entrance fee of € 100,- .
- Only after payment your participation is guaranteed.
- Evaluate all projects that are presented to you during the event and vote for a winner.
- Take part in all workshops that are offered by the program.
JOURNALIST
As journalist you can expect to:
- Be inspired by all ambitious ideas and all knowledge that will be shared by our honorable guests.
- Have a unique opportunity to network with 150 like- minded people.
- Have a valuable working and learning experience in the amazing city of Jakarta.
- The program, food, accommodation and travel expenses are completely covered by Youth Time.
As journalist you are expected to:
- Be present at all projects presentations and workshops as offered by the program.
- Publish at least one announcement about the Youth Time Global Forum before August 15th and a few articles or posts within two weeks after the event.
