The Young Enterprise Scale-Up (YES) Programme is a unique five (5) year intensive venture support and growth-acceleration program to identify, qualify and scale-up early stage companies in Africa.
Participating ventures get access to world-class experience in the areas of leadership and organisational development leading to revenue growth, enterprise support and guidance to growth financing.
The programme is curated by HYBR in partnership with THNK School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam and ScaleUp Nation Netherlands to enable new ventures and SMEs scale more effectively and efficiently.

Are you an entrepreneur in an SME or Start-up and you want to :
- Improve your product, generate high demand and explode your sales;
- Have proper structures and systems to run your business, and reduce cost;
- Attract and retain good people to help you grow the business;
- Attract funds to help you get the resources you need to scale;

Programme Details
Bootcamp
The programme begins with a Bootcamp,
Runway
followed by a six (6) month acceleration track called Runway, in partnership with ScaleUp Nation.
Support
Afterwards, the five (5) year support continues. We spend an average of four (4) days per month working with participating ventures.
