Applications are now open for the 2025 Charles R. Wall Conservation Leadership & Management Fellowship. The Charles R. Wall Conservation Leadership and Management Fellowship (CLMF) brings together young African professionals from business, NGOs, the public sector, and community-based entities passionate about project implementation and leading impact in the environment space, to impart them with transformational leadership and management skills for impact.
Eligibility Requirements
- The program seeks practitioners(employed, founders, volunteers) in the conservation space including but not limited to areas such as research, communication, science, HR, Finance, administration, law, community engagement, fundraising, program management etc. One does not have to be a conservation scientist but must demonstrate a clear interest and passion for a career in conservation regardless of background of practice.
- Nationals of any of the African countries and currently living and working within Africa.Age: 20-35 years.
- Minimum of a diploma in any field.
- If you are francophone/lusophone, must have basic English writing and speaking skills.
