You can Apply if:
- You are academically talented and have leadership potential.
- You are a South African Citizen or Permanent resident
- You family’s total income is less than R8,000 per month
- You are currently in Grade 7, entering Grade 8 in 2014
- You are currently in grade 9, entering grade 10 in 2014
