IDEX July 2016 Global Fellows Program!
The 2016 IDEX Fellow Cohort will begin their fellowship in July 2016.
IDEX is a six-month fellowship for individuals seeking to gain emerging market experience while working to support enterprises that deliver social change to local and global communities.
Each year, the IDEX Global Fellows Program invites a select number of individuals to take part in six-months of intrapreneurial leadership training across India. Fellows gain emerging market experience while working hands on with socially-focused enterprises who deliver high impact solutions in local and global communities.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must possess the minimum qualifications to be eligible for the IDEX Fellowship:

Bachelor or Masters/Graduate Degree (BS/BA/BBA must be obtained prior to start of program);

Age limit: 21-35 years old

Ability to perform in a high pressure environment;

English fluency (written and spoken);
-
Can obtain an India Business visa for a minimum of six months

Minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience;
-
Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)

Investment and Benefits
The six-month fellowship is filled with curated readings and content, professional development assignments, one-on-one coaching, four capacity building workshops… not to mention you’ll build relationships and a professional portfolio that will last a lifetime. Tuition for the 2016 Global Fellows Program is $3,950 USD.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Through generous funding from IDEX donors and partners, we are able to a limited number of partial scholarships for the 2016 Program to select candidates.
IDEX SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Partial Tuition Award Amounts: $500 USD – $2,000 USD
IDEX Scholarship Fund provides partial scholarships for global fellows seeking to participate in the IDEX Accelerator program.
The InvestWISE Scholarship is awarded to the most promising candidates who demonstrate a commitment to continue working as a socially progressive intrapreneur post-fellowship. Scholarship recipients receive a generous IDEX tuition scholarship of $3,250.

Shortlisted Enterprise Partners will recieve a fellow profile and will have the opportunity to interview the candidate during this period.
Partners Finalised:
APRIL 15 – MAY 15
Partners will recieve and sign IDEX MOU agreement with housing and living stipend requirements. MOUs must be finalized by no later than May 15th. The first stipend/housing payment will be due by June 1
ONBOARDING
JUNE 1 – JUNE 15
Enterprise partners will recieve onboarding checklist and check-in phone call with IDEX staff.
FELLOWS ORIENTATION
JULY 4 – JULY 8
Fellows participate in one week of intense training and immersion which consists of cultural training and capacity building workshops delivered by seasoned professionals and thought leaders.
FIELD PLACEMENT
JULY 11 – DECEMBER 22
Fellows first day at the enterprise placement will be July 11. Fellows work with one of IDEX’s social enterprise partners gaining first-hand knowledge and experience of working within an emerging market. Fellows last day at placement is December 22
