Application Deadline: May 22nd 2019
Every year, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) hosts the prestigious ”Green Talents – International Forum for High Potentials in Sustainable Development” to promote the international exchange of innovative green ideas. The award, under the patronage of Minister Anja Karliczek, honours young researchers each year. The winners come from numerous countries and scientific disciplines and are recognised for their outstanding achievements in making our societies more sustainable. Selected by a jury of German experts, the award winners are granted unique access to the country’s research elite.
This year marks a special occasion as the Green Talents Competition is having its 10th anniversary. To celebrate appropriately, DLR Project Management Agency (DLR-PT)
will organise a special networking conference on behalf of BMBF. This
gives the Green Talents 2019 as well as selected alumni the opportunity
to come together and meet with many representatives of the German
scientific elite, businesses and start-ups in the field of
sustainability as well as the management level of BMBF. Alumni can apply
for one of the coveted spots and will be selected by a prestigious
special jury.
