Go Green in the City Global Student Competition: In just 35 years, almost 70% of the world’s population will live in urban centers. Cities are our future – why not integrate them with innovative urban policies and truly intelligent systems?
Solve one of the four real-life case challenges within energy management or submit an original idea for efficient energy management in a city environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Business and engineering students pursuing their bachelor’s (at least 2nd year), master’s or MBA degree.
- Only open to two-member teams with at least one female member.
- Only open to two-member teams with at least one female member.
- Teams from all over the world are welcome to compete.
- English competency is generally required, both verbal and written.
- No exceptions can be made regarding the terms of the eligibility requirements.

- One winning team will win a job opportunity at Schneider Electric as well as a fully sponsored VIP trip around the world where they will get to visit Schneider Electric offices. The winning team can choose Schneider Electric offices in two countries to travel to. The specifics of the offered position will match the requirements of Schneider Electric.
Submission:
- There will be two rounds of screening. In the first round Schneider Electric will select semi-finalists based on the quality of their initial case submissions and eligibility compliance.
- These students will be coached by assigned Schneider Electric mentors to polish theirideas before competing in the semi-finals round.
- From the semi-finalist teams Schneider Electric will select the top 10 finalist teams who will be given the chance to present their ideas live at the final event in USA in October 2018.
