Generation, with operations across 17 countries, has recently started operations in Ghana and in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and local delivery partners MEST Africa and the Soronko Academy, launched the “Ghana Remote and Online Work Project – GROW” initiative.
“GROW” is a coalition-driven project that will up-skill young Ghanaian women, and men, to work in remote professions by delivering short and intensive training, offer support in securing job and freelance opportunities, create scalable employment opportunities within remote work, and drive economic mobility for young people and their families.
Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 18-35 years old
- Be a Ghanaian living in the Greater Accra area (new regions will be available in 2024)
- Hold a degree from a university, college, technical training or vocational institutes
- Possess a good proficiency in English language
