Do you want to learn about social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and highly inspiring individuals addressing key social or environmental issues in Southern Africa? Aahok seeks a highly motivated individual to help manage the Fellow community, search and select the next cohorts of Ashoka Fellows in Southern Africa. This mission includes identifying and reaching out to nominator networks and researching and analyzing information on candidates.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
● Very good writing and reading skills in English
● Desk research experience
● Experience of managing Excel databases and ideally CRMs
● Autonomy, organization and initiative
● University degree/ education
● Commitment: full-time for 6 months, with a potential to be extended for a year
