Your career path with Access Bank begins with an intensive training program at the School of Banking Excellence, offering you an opportunity to train with other highly qualified candidates.

ELTP GRAD / RETAIL / TECH – January 2024

  • Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates must not be older than 26 years as at the date of application.
  • Candidates with MSc, LLB must not be older than 28 years as at the date of application.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of second class upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
  • Candidates must have completed NYSC.


Divisions: ERG (Enterprise Resource Group), CIBD (Corporate and Investment Banking Division) and CBD (Commercial Banking Division)

JOB/APPLICATION REQUIREMENT – ELTP RETAIL

  • Candidates must have a minimum of B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates must not be older than 26 years as at the date of application.

  • Candidates must not be older than 26 years as at the date of application.
  • Candidates with MSc, LLB must not be older than 28 years as at the date of application.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
  • Candidates must have completed NYSC.

Divisions: Information Technology

Applications must be completed online and should not be duplicated. Duplicate applications will be deemed invalid. Please review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all information provided on your application form before you submit. False information given during the application process or afterward will result in automatic disqualification.

What we are looking for:
Executive Trainees:

  • A graduate with a minimum of a second class upper division from a university acceptable to the bank, NYSC certificate and a maximum age of 24 years for Bachelor degree holders, 26 years for lawyers with a law degree.
  • A graduate with a minimum of a second class lower from a university acceptable to the bank or a Masters’ degree from top tier Universities acceptable to the Bank and a maximum age of 26 years.

Access Bank 2 Year Frontline Internship Programme

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about people and are interested in exploring various career options or require work experience as a pre-requisite for an MBA program with a leading international university. The frontline internship program offers on-the-job experience and classroom trainings that will significantly enhance the applicant’s customer service and people management skills. On a quarterly basis, the applicant will be exposed to a minimum of 8 hours classroom training which is in addition to the on-the-job experience.
