Applications are now open for the 2024 PwC Kenya Graduate Recruitment Program. In 2024, PwC Kenya is offering opportunities for graduates in Assurance, Advisory and Tax. Each of these lines of service provide tailored learning and development programmes that will build strong foundational skills.

Assurance Graduate Associate 2024

PwC Kenya is currently recruiting fresh university graduates in the Assurance line of service for the following Business Units : Private ( Audit ) , Risk Assurance Services and Government & Public Sector.

Assurance Private (Audit)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent

Assurance – Risk Assurance Services  ( RAS )

RAS IT Risk Assurance

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data analytics, Data Science with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent

RAS  Internal Audit

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Finance related with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent

Assurance – Actuarial Services

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent

Assurance – Government and Public Sector

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent

Advisory Graduate Associate 2024

Management Consulting – Technology

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive impactful change in organisations.

Management Consulting – People and Change

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field  with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
  • Passion for driving positive organisational change and developing talent.

Management Consulting – Strategy and Operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of upper second class honours or its equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for driving operational excellence and creating value for clients.
