Applications are now open for the 2025 PriceWaterCooper (PwC) Reward Academy Graduate Programme. The Reward Academy is a three-year programme aimed at transforming talented individuals into top-tier reward consultants. In the academy, you will gain hands on experience with leading companies across South Africa, working as part of a high-performing team to solve complex reward and remuneration challenges. By the end of this programme, you will be expected to be able to engage with the highest level of C-suite clients on a wide range of reward-related matters.

Program Details

  • You will learn on the job, with a focus on the following type of work: 
  • Collecting remuneration data and conducting market research 
  • Benchmarking executive and non-executive remuneration  
  • Building financial models to guide pay decisions  
  • Analysing and optimising reward structures to align with strategy, regulation and market trends 
  • Delivering impactful reports and advice to leading clients  
  • Supporting client proposals, marketing efforts and thought leadership initiatives 

Requirements

PwC is hiring for talent, attitude and a passion for learning—experience is secondary. If you love numbers, strategy and business, we want to hear from you.  

  • A relevant completed tertiary qualification (BCom, BSc, or similar) 
  • SA citizen or permanent resident 
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills 
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent organisation abilities  

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience in remuneration, performance or data analytics 
  • Advanced Excel/data skills
