Are you interested in boosting your business skills for positive social impact?Do you want to network with peers to develop new ideas for your social enterprise?

Submit your social enterprise idea on the theme of ‘Environment and Smart Cities’ by 14th November, and you may be selected to participate , free of charge, in the ‘Our Shared Future’ workshop in Malta, February 2013, and an online course offered by CISCO to boost business skills.

What type of ideas?

We are looking for ideas on sustaining or extending your impact as an existing social enterprise, in the area of Environment and smart cities. Understand more about the theme of environment and smart cities here. Those whose ideas fit the theme best, and have the most potential for making a difference, will be invited to attend the online business course and the workshop in Malta. So, in your reply, please explain how your idea will make a positive difference to your society in the area of smart cities.

About Our Shared Future

Our Shared Future sees cities as a factor for positive change. Before the workshop for the selected candidates, we will bring to Malta an exhibition called ‘The City Speaks’ . This exhibition explores how individuals and communities have been inspired by cities and how they, in turn, changed the spaces in which they have lived through different forms of creative expression.
