Main purpose of the job:

  • Delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results
  • Understands consumers and assists in the development and updating of consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand
  • Knowledge and application of Brand Essence
  • Assists in managing the 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to her/his brand
  • Understands shopper behaviour & in-store environment (including trade pricing), contributes to category/channel/customer promotions
  • Ensures consumer centricity, understands Innovation levers, executes Innovation/Renovation
  • Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Tracks and monitors the performance and brand health. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand
  • Assists in the development process of creating Ownable Brand Propositions and Big Ideas.  Contributes to engagement strategies and attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and also ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader

  • 12 months

Preferred Qualification:

Marketing Diploma with Digital would be preferred   Core Skills, i.e Intermediate Excel, strong admin, basic sales knowledge etc:  Basic marketing knowledge acquired as part of qualification Good planning & coordination (project management) Good communication skills Proactive Collaboration

Main purpose of the job:

  • Advocacy: Ensure increased advocacy towards Nestle Infant Nutrition and Maternal products and Nestle Nutrition services, when detailing to HCP’s and calling in HCI, through: applying the acquired skills; incorporating the knowledge of Nestle and competitor products, the territory dynamics and HCP profile in the discussion with the HCP and also contribute to long-term, mutually beneficial relationships during these interactions.
  • Manage the assigned territory as per the requirements and guidelines set for Masterdata management/ HCP classification/ HCP and HCI segmentation, master schedule planning ,HCP call rate, call strike rate, HCP surveys and gathering of data for insights that can drive the marketing- and territory action plans.
  • The creation and execution of a territory specific action plan to contribute to the outputs required by the national- and regional business plans.

Duration of the Internship:

  • 12 months

Preferred Qualification:

  • Science related degree with Physiology/ Nutrition/ Medicine/Biology/ Pharmacology/Nursing/ Foodsciences or other Human- or Nutrition science related field.

Core Skills, i.e Intermediate Excel, strong admin, basic sales knowledge etc

  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive Collaboration
  • Medical delegate or Pharmaceutical representative experience.
  • Presentations to groups.
