The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) Digital Literacy and Skills Training Workshop for Women.

by OFA

Are you a woman in Ghana who wants to employ digital tools to enhance your business? Or are you already using digital platforms in your work and wish to learn more to improve it? If yes, here’s an opportunity for you.

The Media Foundation for West Africa is organizing a training workshop to empower women to build digital literacy and skills for their work and engagements.

The Digital Literacy and Skills training workshop is being organized as part of MFWA project on “Enhancing Press Freedom, Women’s Digital Rights and Accountable Governance in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone” being implemented with funding support from the Dutch Foreign Ministry through the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ghana.

As part of the project, the MFWA will empower at least 400 women (female journalists, women’s rights activists, among others) in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone with relevant digital literacy and skills to improve women’s access to and use of digital tools.
