List of MasterCard Foundation Scholarships 2018/2019 for young Africans to study Abroad.

The mission of The MasterCard Foundation is to advance education and financial inclusion to catalyze prosperity in developing countries. The Scholars Program is a 10-year, US $500 million initiative that will enable 15,000 academically talented students from economically disadvantaged communities (mostly in sub-Saharan Africa) to attend secondary school and/or university.

What does the scholarship cover?

The Scholars Program provides financial, social and academic support to Scholars. Financial support includes, but is not limited to, tuition fees, accommodation, books and other scholastic materials, and a return air ticket if studies are pursued at a university outside of a Scholar’s country of citizenship.

MasterCard Foundation/RUFORUM Scholarships 2018 for Ugandan & Kenyan Students (Fully Funded)
Under this partnership, 110 undergraduate and 110 masters scholarships will be provided over a period of eight years. The scholarships target academically deserving yet economically disadvantaged, marginalized communities and those coming from conflict and post conflict areas of Africa. The scholarships are tenable at Egerton University in Kenya and Gulu University in Uganda.

I humbly write to you requesting for suponsorships because my father cannot afford school fees for eleven children,and this makes us go to school with less or no school requirements, yet we as a family we want to study,due to that we are humbly requesting for your support.

how do I get scholarship for my 7 year old son. I am single mother with other siblings to take care of.
