International Chamber of Commerce Photographic Award 2016 (€7,000 Prize)

The International Chamber of Commerce Photographic Award 2016 is a celebration of exceptional photography in response to major global challenges.

The theme for the second edition of the Award is #PeoplePlanet.

Photographs will be judged by a distinguished international jury chaired by John Danilovich, Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce. The winning photographs will be exhibited alongside a selection of shortlisted images that most powerfully capture the theme of #PeoplePlanet.

WHO MAY ENTER

• The Award is open only to individuals who are over 18 years old.
• The Award invites professional and amateur photographers to submit entries exploring the relationship between humanity and our natural environment. This interplay is central to many of the world’s most pressing and intractable problems – from the protection of endangered species to the on-going immigration crisis.
• Employees of the International Chamber of Commerce, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related are not eligible.

AWARDS AND PRIZES

• The First Place winner will receive €5,000 and the ICC Young Photographer of the Year (under 26 years old) will receive €2,000.
• All winning photographs as well as a selection of submitted works will be exhibited at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris in December 2016.
• Winners will be announced at ICC gala reception on 6 December.

HOW TO ENTER

• Each Entry consists of an entry form, up to one (1) image, a title and a description for your entry.
• To enter, visit www.iccwbo.org/photoaward; complete an entry form with the required information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and photo caption; and submit along with your photograph(s) in accordance with the instructions that follow.
