The H&M Group are looking to hire a few selected candidates for our international trainee program created to develop future talents for Expansion, Sales and Store Development. If you have the drive and ambition to build H&M abroad, this is the opportunity for you!
Working across Expansion, Sales and Store Development you’ll gain exposure to key areas of our business and establish a network of colleagues around the world. The program starts in January or August 2014, and runs for 12 months. You will after the program take on a role within one of these three functions. You will during and after the program be based abroad.
H&M’s International Talent Program – set up
The 12 months trainee program will include an introduction period in Stockholm and two on the job working experiences abroad.
Introduction in Stockholm, 2 months
The initial period will include both general introduction to H&M and in depth introductions to the three functions included in the program. To get insight in H&M’s core business, you will work as a Sales Advisor in an H&M store for a couple of weeks. The introduction period will also include internal seminars and courses held by H&M leaders which will give you an overall picture of H&M and a unique opportunity to build your network within the company.
First placement abroad, 4 months
The first of two on-the-job working experience in either Expansion, Store development or Sales Department.
Second placement abroad, 4 months
Second on-the-job working experience in either Expansion, Store development or Sales Department
