Health Innovation Marketplace Challenge shortlists 42 Projects for Second Stage.

42 Projects have been shortlisted for the second stage of the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria Health Innovation Challenge 2014/15  ( USD1Millionto save one Million Lives in Nigeria).

The Health Innovation Challenge is a multi-stage competition that will recognise, reward and celebrate innovations that show potential to improve health in Nigeria. The Health Innovation Challenge is open to professionals with a passion for healthcare innovations to provide solutions to difficult health problems in Nigeria with the use of innovative technology

The Main Track Problem Statements for the Health Innovation Challenge was

  • Track 1: Innovate to Save One Million Lives
  • Track 2: Innovate Critical Enablers to Save a Million Lives
  •  Track 3: Addressing Topical Public Health Challenges to Save a Million Lives

Health Innovation Marketplace is an initiative of the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PHN) which plans to contribute immensely to the progress of the Nigerian health sector with campaigns such as the “Saving One Million Nigerian Lives” initiative.
