Canon Collins Trust Scholarships 2018/2019 for Masters Study in the United Kingdom (Fully Funded)

Canon Collins Trust offers scholarships to support taught masters degree programmes at certain UK universities.

School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London
Canon Collins Trust partner with SOAS to co-fund one scholarship annually. Applicants must:

  • Be a national of, and normally resident in one of the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
  • Be in possession of a good Honours degree (minimum second class, upper division or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application.
  • Be applying for a full-time one-year taught masters course in any subject.
  • Have at least 2 years work experience in a relevant field.

University of Sussex
Canon Collins Trust partner with the Mandela Scholarship Fund at the University of Sussex to co-fund two awards annually. Applicants must:

  • Be a national of, and normally resident in one of the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
  • Be in possession of a good Honours degree (minimum second class, upper division or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application.
  • Be applying for a full-time one-year taught masters course in any subject.
  • Have at least 2 years work experience in a relevant field.

University of Edinburgh, MSc in African Studies

This scholarship is co-funded by Canon Collins and the University of Edinburgh. It is limited to the MSc in African Studies. Applicants must:

  • Be a national of, and normally resident in one of the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
  • Be in possession of a good Honours degree (minimum second class, upper division or equivalent) or about to graduate in the year of application.
  • Be applying for the MSc in African Studies.
  • Have at least 2 years work experience in a relevant field.

Scholarship Worth:

  • All these scholarships cover full tuition fees, a monthly stipend, a return economy flight, a settling-in allowance and other support whilst in the UK.

Why not Kenya??
I graduated in 2015 and I really wish for a scholarship to study masters in development economics or international development in the U.K.. I can not afford it nor my parents.. I really wish to gain that knowledge so as to help my country Kenya.
Please help.

Thank you for been there and the higher work that you are making in changing peoples life and they Country. Last, I am single mother and my son need an assisted with living expenses, a student of a Master’s in England. Can your higher Organization giving him a helping hand in this situation which is urgent?.
