- Must have completed a national recognised Degree or 3-year Diploma
- Must have passed English and another South African language in Grade 12 (Matric)
- Must be of South African nationality
- Must be between the ages of 18-30
- Must be unemployed
- Must be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Internship
