Africa No Filter Work Reimagined StoryLab Grant 2025 for journalists, podcasters, and content creators ($3,500 micro-grant)

Applications are now open for the 2025 Africa No Filter Work Reimagined StoryLab Grant. Africa No Filter, in partnership with Ford Foundation, is calling on journalists, podcasters, and content creators who want to impact how Africa’s workforce is adapting to apply for the Work Reimagined StoryLab grant. They will create compelling stories and produce engaging content about the future of work in Africa to spark conversation and drive change towards a for a more inclusive, fair, and sustainable future of work in Africa.

Eligibility:

• Content creators and podcasters(18+) from Africa and the Diaspora interested in sparking conversations about labour and fair pay.
• Junior and mid-career journalists(18+) working in established media houses in Africa and the diaspora interesting in producing compelling stories on work and workers’ rights for publication in influential outlets.
