Application Deadline: September 15th 2017
Diageo Global Graduate Programme is a three-year adventure that will challenge and inspire you to reach your full potential.
During the programme you’ll develop your functional and leadership skills through a combination of formal training, mentoring and coaching and, most importantly, on-the-job experience.
From the start you’ll be working on projects that will challenge you and put these skills to the test. You’ll be able to make a real contribution to the business while building a global network of great relationships that will support your career both now and in the future.
You’ll be provided with a Graduate Passport which will enable you to seek experiences in different areas of the business. We’ll introduce you to global networks so you can experience different cultures and build professional contacts. Depending on your aspirations and the opportunities available, you may be able to experience living and working in another country.
Learning and connecting
Once you arrive, you’ll be connected with a senior mentor and an international and/or local buddy. Through these relationships you’ll receive coaching, guidance, and an opportunity to learn from others in our global business.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in formal training designed to develop your skills. Through virtual connect sessions, you’ll be exposed to a number of senior leaders and meet peers around the world to share ideas and thoughts on our business.

How to Apply:
1. Fill in some basic details
Once you’ve found a role that suits you, we’ll ask you to tell us some basic details about yourself and then answer a few questions so we know you’re eligible to apply.
2. Complete two online questionnaires
The next step is to complete two online questionnaires so we can find out more about you and how you work. You’ll also discover more about Diageo and the Global Graduate Programme at this stage. The questionnaires should take less than half an hour to complete and can easily be done on a mobile device.
3. Talk to us face to face
We first meet each other on a half-hour video call. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and see how well you’ll fit with your chosen role. We’ll also tell you more about your responsibilities and position within the organisation.
4. Take part in a one-day assessment
The final challenge is an assessment day at one of our centres. Our graduates find this a demanding, but fun, day and you’ll learn more about our business, our culture and the graduate programme. There will be several exercises during the day where you can show us your creativity, passion and teamwork skills.
