Greetings,

I appreciate all thw information concerning the fully funded scholarships particularly in Germany. I obtained a B.Sc in Political Science in 2014 with a Second Class Honours and Grade Point Average of 3.16/4. Which placed me with an award as the 3rd Best Male and 6th overall graduating student that year. I am passionate about Political Science particularly International Relations. I wish to raise this question, in a case where just one professor is willing to give u a recommendation letter, and other Senior lecturers are available to give u recommendation, will the university accept.
