Dear Sir/Madam

I am interested in apply for the doctoral scholarship but the problem is that I do not know German. In that regard I have two questions to ask: 1. Don’t you have a programme where non-German can learn the German once they are in Germany? 2. Don’t you offer anything in English or French?

Many thanks.
