What connects you to Holland? Show us your Dutch favourite in a video selfie!
A selection of all the entries that meet the requirements will be mixed into one funky video! If your entry gets selected for the final video, by a prize draw, you can win one of the prizes!
How to join?
You should:
- be an international students currently studying in the Netherlands at a higher education institution that has signed the Code of Conduct;
- submit your video selfie between 15 September and 13 October 2014;
- agree with all our Terms and Conditions.
Your video should:
- be a video selfie, where YOU show your favourite Dutch place, event, sight, dish, person etc.;
- be short and powerful (5 seconds);
- be filmed in a bright space, preferably in outside daylight;
- be filmed in landscape mode;
- have a high resolution (no compression);
- have some space for us to put a title;
- clearly show the object that connects you – say the word, tell us on camera what your Dutch favourite is, preferably in Dutch.
Only entries that fully meet these requirements will be accepted for participation.

Submission details
Upload your highest quality video file using WeTransfer, Dropbox or any other service that you prefer to [email protected]. Please add the following information:
- your full name;
- your Facebook page, so we can tag you when we upload the file to the Study in Holland Facebook page;
- the Dutch higher education institution where you are currently studying;
- your student number.

- On 17 November, study in Holland will announce the final video AND the three winners on the Study in Holland Facebook page!
- On 22 November the final compilation video will be shown during the nl4talents event in The Hague. The winners will also receive their prizes at the event.
