The Toyota Graduate Programme is a structured programme, where Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) are put into place. The programme comprises of initial training and orientation as well as leadership training. Graduates are granted an opportunity to rotate into different business operations.

The Graduates will be expected to lead their scheduled training and performance, through attending the classroom based training, participating in rotational training within their own groups/divisions and contribute to the groups/divisions on-going projects.
Benefits:

  • Graduates will receive a monthly market related salary, monetary car allowance, medical aid, provident fund, 13th cheque, laptop, study assistance and a subsidised canteen allowance
