The Dickson Poon scholarship programme offers generous and prestigious scholarships to outstanding new law students. It is the largest scholarship programme for undergraduate law students in Europe.
The Scholarship:
- Up to 75 scholarships will be awarded in 2015.
- Of these scholarships, up to 10 scholarships will be worth £36,000, up to 15 scholarships will be worth £27,000 and the remaining scholarships will be worth £18,000.
- The scholarships worth £36,000 will be reserved for recipients who choose our four-year Politics, Philosophy and Law LLB programme.
- Recipients will have the choice of receiving their scholarship as a cash bursary or towards payment of tuition fees.
Eligibility Requirements:
- All students who apply to study on an LLB programme starting in 2015 at The Dickson Poon School of Law are eligible for a scholarship.
- The scholarships will be awarded to the best of the best, the driven, the ambitious and the brilliant.

In the meantime remember that the first and most important step is to ensure that you select King’s as one of your five UCAS choices.
- The deadline for doing this is 15 October 2014 (if you intend to apply also to Oxford or Cambridge) or 15 January 2015.
- You will then have plenty of time to apply for the scholarship (if you are applying under the Future Potential route) or to be told the good news that you have been awarded a scholarship (if you qualify under the Proven Potential route).
